Astro help wanted
How do people keep doing these astro chart things? I have never been very good at it, other than my daily horoscope that comes in my inbox.
Where can I find directions? Or would one of you lovelies lend me a hand?
I know I am a Leo, and my Chinese sign is a Tiger, and that is the extent of it.My birthday is 08/07/1974. I owe anyone who can help me a beer!

It seems to me you should buy a box of fortune cookies at the local asian food store. If they’re not helpful, you’ll still have . . . cookies.
@BoulderChristina - No, I haven’t. There’s techniques to learn that. Mostly based on reading people, misdirection, saying the right things, etc. Read some Lavey. I can recommend the specific book and chapter, if you’re interested. Also, check out Penn & Teller, Derren Brown, and James Randi.
I even thought to devote some time to learn these techniques, and get someone to allow me to read their palm and see if I can make them believe I’m the “real deal.” Heh.
Music and science are fun for me. But, again, to each their own.

IF you have available all the data I need, can I use your chart for a teaching example to make a few basic points in my new blog over here at James River? this would end up being a learning tool for both you and others too.
The missing data I would need is as follows, your birth time and your place of birth. Some people don’t have their birth time, do you? I can do a few things without a birth time but it’s harder.
I think it would be a fun way to do some astrology, do a few xangans charts. I don’t do them the same way other people have been doing them, other people are posting programs that you could find anywhere and I don’t find that approach all that helpful.
I wouldn’t get too deep or complicated into it, that would overwhelm you and the other readers too, just a few basics.
Beyond that if you have specific questions and so forth I would do that privately, this would just be a general thing and you’d like what I had to say because I’m going to focus on vaguer things I know about you, not deeper things even if you’ve blogged them. Unless I ran it past you first.
How about this, you could preview the blog under a protected list of 1, and if you like it I can make it public? or if you want stuff left out, then I could edit it and then make it public.
I mean since you posted your birthday anyway and you know I’m a fan of you.
