Proof that Xangans are Real
Gary (RighteousBruin) came to Boulder this morning. We had a quick breakfast and went for a hike on Mesa Trail.
It was cold and foggy, but the trail was still full of people and dogs. Salem is restricted to the leash even on the trail because he has been a very naughty dog, and he was a pain in the ass for the first half of our hike. Gary was kind to him, anyway.
It was terrific to meet him and to discover that he is just as kind, genuine and fun in person as he is on Xanga. Thank you for stopping by, @RighteousBruin!

@BoulderChristina - hahaha, I don’t eat mushrooms anymore, the only time I ate them was in Boulder and I ate too many becauase I thought they weren’t working. The rest of the story ia also funny as hell, but only after the fact.
We would have a blast, no doubt! Laughing and laughing!

WOW! Great pictures and the very first one is the absolute best. I have no doubt there are many REAL Xangans wandering these halls. It’s always neat hearing about ones that meet up with each other and then seeing the resulting pictures. I think Gary and Salem look right handsome together. Lovely share! I’m hoping to get your direction later this year when I visit my Twin. Time will tell…

@BoulderChristina - My Sis lives in the tiny 2 horse, 1 stop light town of Byron. If you blink at the wrong time I think you would miss it. LOL… Started researching flights etc. yesterday. Not sure if I would start with Colorado or Wyoming. Either way… Count on tearing up the town. Might have a cowboy available to enjoy a moon light walk with.
One way or the other, I do intend to drop in for a visit…
@James_River - Thank you so much for remembering and thinking of me. Today was a mixed day, Mother’s Day is hard because it’s a reminder of who is missing, but it was also my daughter’s 22nd birthday,so it was joyful and sad both. Again, thank you for remembering me.
@MzSilver - I will google where that is, but it sounds like most of the WY I know! I would love to see you and will plan to come find you when you are close. I will wrangle up a cowboy for the occasion!

Love Xanga meets!
From England. We chatted a lot {emails, text when we could,phone calls etc} He then came to Toronto {has family here} 6 years ago & we met in person. Loved that boy! Haven’t heard from him in over 3 years! 
Not sure what happened to him. Its kinda sad…..
I’ve met about 5 Xanga peeps! So much fun.
In fact one of my super close friends is from Xanga & thats where I have met her. Her name is SUMRdaisy. She lives about 2 hours from me now. For about a year & a bit she lived in Toronto & we hung out on Weekends. Miss her!
My other two Xanga peeps were married and they live 2 hours from me also. London, Ontario. They rock. Names are Garistotle & PersianKitty!
Another was Sheldon, I can’t remember his Xanga name, but he hasn’t been on Xanga in YEARS! Then the 5th was EnglishPrince!
I would love to met you, Maria & Court! Plus more!
I still think there should be a Giant Xanga meet! LOL

@karoline1982 - That’s awesome you have met so many and had lasting relationships with many of them! Central Park would be cool, then you, me and Court would have to sneak off and find a fishing stream!
That is so super-duper…..I am jealous of course wishing it were me on the hike. That last photo is a view that must be worth the price of whatever it takes to get there.
